Rodmatic’s Simply the Best success continues

Rodmatic continues to reap the benefits of its Simply the Best initiative. The initiative was set up to drive Rodmatic’s operational quality and efficiency even further. The scheme is doing so, with great results including set-up time reduction and continual operational efficiency and flexibility.

The Simply the Best scheme has been adopted company-wide, with employees at every level benefiting from the insights it is providing. Rodmatic is now on the verge of ensuring that all company processes are managed online and that they are readily, but securely accessible to anyone within the company.

As part of these changes, the company has set up electronic message boards throughout the site to keep all staff regularly updated on company performance and initiatives on a real-time basis. Keeping employees updated this way also allows Rodmatic to work more efficiently and meet one of its key KPIs. The company is looking forward to seeing further improvements over the coming six months.
